Today you will notice a dramatic change in the landscape as you enter from Kinnaur into Spiti valley-the green Kinnaur valley is suddenly replaced by dry dessert of Spiti valley. You drive along Satluj river to Khab where spiti river meets the Satluj. From Khab it is uphill drive on a zigzag road to Nako village and then to Tabo. Check in hotel in Tabo. Leave after breakfast and you spend the whole day on the road making some side excursions to visit the remote villages and monasteries.
